Carly led the kitchens at C'est Le Vin, The Dining Room at the Berkley Hotel, the Empress and The Republic and now she's here at Buddy's!

 

The new menu is her twist on traditional American bar fare. It is Appetizer heavy and Sandwich heavy, yet everything is made from scratch.
